AM4377BZDND80 Overview
Packed in 491-LFBGA, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tray is used to provide high reliability. The CPU has 1 Core 32-Bit cores/Bus width. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~90°C TJ. It comes from the Sitara™ series. This CPU is cored with a ARM® Cortex®-A9 processor. This CPU uses LPDDR2, DDR3, DDR3L RAM controllers. To serve better this microprocessor features CAN, HDQ/1-Wire, I2C, McASP, MMC/SD/SDIO, QSPI, SPI, SD/SDIO, UART interfaces. This CPU runs I/O at 1.8V 3.3V. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. If you are looking for variants of the cpu microprocessor, try search with AM4377. There are 491 terminations totally. With a 1.26V voltage supply, the part should be turned on and run. It has a 32-Bit architecture. The CPU operates at a frequency of 800MHz.
