HMC204MS8G Overview
The RF modulator operates at a frequency of 4GHz~8GHz.RF IC with the enhanced 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Strip format.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.Integrated into this RF module are 8 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.It is a 8-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.
