54FCT162244CTEB Overview
48 terminations with different functions. It reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. This electronic component belongs to the FCT family. 48 pins are set with the electrical part. It is suitable for Surface Mount applications. It has 48 pins. Enhanced with 2 ports. The network transceiver employs 4 bits for each element. In quiescent state, the electronic component uses 5μA. It is recommended to use a 5V power supply. Buffer features MAX OUTPUT SKEW = 0.5NS; TYP VOLP < 0.6V @ VCC = 5V, TA = 25 DEGREE C to better serve the need. It is capable of operating under a temperature as low as -55°C. It should operate at an ambient temperature no higher than 125°C. Logical driver outputs 16mA in its low-level output mode. In high-level output mode, the electronic component may conduct 16mA of current. It is known as a BUS DRIVER logic IC. ENABLE LOW control technology starts up the logical driver.
