RF modulator operates at 9.85GHz ~ 20.5GHz frequency.RF ICs with enhanced 24-CLCC Exposed Pad packages are excellent with common characteristics.In the Cut Tape package, this RF modulator is mounted.With its MMIC RF IC design, this part can be incorporated into a wide range of solutions.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.In order for it to function properly, the RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 70 mA.
