AM3715CUSD100 Overview
The microprocessor is convenient for international shipping since it is packaged in 423-LFBGA, FCBGA. The packaging method Tray provides high reliability. There are 1 Core 32-Bit cores per bus width on the CPU. The operating temperature around -40°C~90°C TJ should be understood. This is part of the Sitara™ series. The CPU is powered by a ARM® Cortex®-A8 core. There are SDRAM RAM controllers on this CPU. This microprocessor features HDQ/1-Wire, I2C, McBSP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART interfaces to better serve its users. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs are a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. Using AM3715 will help you find variants of the cpu microprocessor. To date, there have been 423 terminations. You should be able to turn on and run the embedded microprocessor with a voltage supply of 1.1V. An architecture based on 32 bits is used. 1GHz is the CPU's frequency. Datasheets for 423 pin functions can be found here. To transfer data, there is a bandwidth of 16b. A total of 423 pins are injected into the CPU microprocessor's body. It is possible to use the micro processor from 1.1V. Currently, the CPU core voltage is 1.8V. It is designed with 0 RAM (Random-Access Memory). CPU voltages cannot exceed 900mA. A voltage greater than 1.5V should not normally be applied to the embedded microprocessor. By using 188 I/Os, CPU programs transfer data. Memory size on the CPU is 32kB. CPU activity is measured by the 16 counters. A total of 4 UART (Universal Asynchro4us Receiver/Transmitter) channels are available on this embedded microprocessor
