AM5726BABCX Overview
The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 760-BFBGA, FCBGA, making it easy to ship internationally. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Tray. There are 2 Core 32-Bit cores/bus width on the CPU. Understand the operating temperature around 0°C~90°C TJ. The Sitara™ series contains it. A ARM® Cortex®-A15 processor powers this CPU. DDR3, SRAM RAM controllers are used by this CPU. This microprocessor has CAN, EBI/EMI, HDQ/1-Wire®, I²C, McASP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, PCIe, QSPI, UART interfaces to serve you better. I/O is run at 1.8V 3.3V on this CPU. This is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Try searching for variants of the cpu microprocessor with AM5726. Total terminations are 760. In the case of a 1.15V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. For functions of 760 pins, please refer to the datasheets. The maximum supply current is 1.2V. 38.4MHz is the clock frequency of the embedded microprocessor. There are 10 UART (Universal Asynchro10us Receiver/Transmitter) channels on this embedded microprocessor
