AM6548BACDXEAF Overview
The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 784-LFBGA, FCBGA, making it easy to ship internationally. There are 4 Core, 32-Bit cores/bus width on the CPU. Understand the operating temperature around -40°C ~ 105°C (TJ). The Sitara™ series contains it. A ARM® Cortex®-A53, Arm® Cortex®-R5F processor powers this CPU. DDR3, DDR4, LPDDR4 RAM controllers are used by this CPU. This microprocessor has CAN, I²C, I²S, MMC/SD/SDIO, McASP, McSPI, QSPI, TDM, UART interfaces to serve you better. I/O is run at 1.2V, 1.35V, 1.8V, 3.3V on this CPU. Data can be transferred over 64 bit bandwidths. A CPU with 7 Core cores. From 1.1 V, the micro processor can be used. Suppliers offer a 784-FCBGA (23x23) package.
