Using the frequency of 5GHz~30GHz, RF modulator operates.The enhanced 8-QFN package makes it an excellent RF IC.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to mount this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.This integrated circuit has 8 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.125°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -55°C.
