LNA, WLAN, WLL RF Amplifier type.High reliability is achieved by using advanced RF Amp' packagings Tape & Reel (TR).Since the RF power Amplifier is packed in SOT-665, shipping overseas is convenient.The way to mount Amplifiers RF is Surface Mount.There is 2.8V voltage limit on the Amplifiers RF.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the supply current in the 11.5mA range.With 5 pins, the high power RF Amplifier is designed.In order to operate it, 11.5mA is the supply RF Amplifiers' current.RF power Amplifier shouldrun at a temperature 70°C higher than 70°C.
