AOZ6275QI Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 16-WFQFN. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. There is 2:2 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature. The analog switch ics are built using DPDT switching circuits. A total of 2 circuits make up this switch device. A voltage of 1.65V~4.3V is required to drain this analog switch from a single voltage supply.
