AS3675 Overview
It is acceptable to ship using the method Tape & Reel (TR) .It is packaged the power management in 30-UFBGA, WLCSP for ease of transportation.For easy adaptation, Surface Mount is a universal mounting method.It is intended to be used at Handheld/Mobile Devices as well as for other applications.For its operation, the power management uses 3V~5.5V voltage.The power managment ic is programmed with 30 pins.It is equipped with a Surface Mount that facilitates mounting on a PCB or other board.The ic power supply should be displaying a current output of 55mA .
