Through Hole -10°C~40°C Tray 10V 576.5mm2
AXUV576C Overview
Tray is used to protect the photodiodes from damage. When photodiodes are continuously reverse-biased, the maximum voltage they can withstand is 10V. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 10V. When photodiodes operate, they should not be subjected to temperatures higher than 40°C. It should be noted that the photodiodes should be operated at -10°C as a minimum operating temperature.
