A 0603 package is used to protect PTC thermistors. A minimum operating temperature of -40°C should be set for the PTC thermistors. It is important that this thermistor does not operate at a temperature above 125°C. A PTC thermistor has a termination of 2. This thermistor has 2 pins. When the PTC thermistors operate, they supply 32V. When it works, this thermistor will provide a voltage of 32V. DC circuits should not exceed 32V voltage with this thermistor. In the DC circuit, the maximum voltage for these thermistors is 32V.
