BPV23NFL Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Radial packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 60V voltage per photodiode. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 60V. It has 2 pins for the photodiodes. A circuit containing photodiodes might release 215mW heat. In order for photodiodes to function, the temperature must not exceed 100°C. However, the minimum operating temperature of the photodiodes should be set to -40°C. Anode voltage for the reverse anode of the photodiodes should be 60V. A photodiode should be able to conduct current at 1.3V voltage. Reverse-bias photodiodes can provide 60V voltages. Without light, a photodiode has 2nA current.
