BS100C0F Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Side View packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 10V voltage per photodiode. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 10V. Without light, a photodiode has 3pA current.
