BTW69-1200N Overview
The RMS current is a measure of the average strength of the current, disregarding its direction. Its RMS current (Irms) is 50A ohms.In order for the device to operate normally, the RMS on-state current should be maintained at 55A.This device's repetitive peak off-state voltage is 1200V, the maximum peak voltage it allows across its off-state.Repetitive reverse voltage is the maximum voltage the diode can withstand in reverse-bias mode, and for this device, the maximum repetitive reverse voltage (Vrrm) is 1.2kV.During the 'ON' state, the holding current (hypostatic) can be 100mA, as it is the minimum current which must pass through a circuit for it to stay in the 'on' state.Detecting leakage current on conductors can be an indication of insulation effectiveness, and its maximum leakage current can be 6mA.
