In order to save space on the board, 18-SOIC (0.213, 5.40mm Width) packages are used.Telecommunications equipment is mounted with type Surface Mount.A 1-circuit composes this telecom IC .The voltage supplied to 4.75V~5.25V can improve efficiency.A temperature setting of -10°C~70°C ensures reliable performance.Configuration of the telecom circuit shows 18 terminations.A 5V supply voltage is required to operate it.It uses the DTMF SIGNALING CIRCUIT IC type for its telecom IC.A 2.2mA-volt supply current is used to operate telecom equipment .
