In the same manner as TO-252-3, DPak (2 Leads + Tab), SC-63, voltage regulator is packaged.Current regulator is mounted by Surface Mount.Temperatures should not exceed -55°C ~ 150°C (TJ) during operation.An input voltage wcurrent regulatorh a value of 50V may be used as an input voltage.27.5mA offers maximum design flexibility due to its output current.The - series of FPGAs fall into this category.
