ET80960JS2516 Overview
With a packing size of PQFP, this embedded microprocessor is ideal for international shipping. High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Bulk. At 25MHz, the CPU operates. For information about 132 pins, please refer to the datasheet. In order to transfer data, there is a bandwidth of 32b. CPU microprocessors shouldn't be used in environments above 100°C. With the Surface Mount mounted, this CPU is widely used in a wide range of applications. As the CPU reaches its top frequency, it will be at 25MHz. As of 3.3V, the CPU microprocessor is capable of functioning. A CPU core voltage of 3V is present. Microprocessors should never be supplied with voltages above 3.45V in normalcircumstances. Micro processors should be supplied with 3.15V as their lowest voltage.
