FGA180N30DTU is a 300V PDP IGBT. Employing Unified IGBT Technology, FGA180N30D provides low conduction and switching loss. FGA180N30D offers the optimum solution for PDP applications where low conduction loss is essential. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 150℃. And the Amplifier FGA180N30DTU is in the TO-3PN package with 625mW power dissipation.
