FS32V234BMN2VUB Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 621-FBGA, FCBGA. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Tray. In the CPU, there are 4 Core, 32/64-Bit cores and 4 Core, 32/64-Bit bus width. It is important to understand the operating temperature around -40°C ~ 125°C (TJ). FS32V23 is its series number. Core-wise, this CPU has a ARM® Cortex®-A53 processor. It has DDR3, DDR3L, LPDDR2 RAM controllers. A I²C, SPI, PCI, UART interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better. As far as I/O is concerned, this CPU runs at 1V, 1.8V, 3.3V. As a Microcontrollers - MCU, this cpu microprocessor is typical. There is a 621-FCPBGA (17x17) package offered by suppliers.
