HH80552PG0802MSL9KG Overview
This is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Total terminations are 775. In the case of a 1.2V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. A 32-Bit architecture is used. CPUs operate at 3GHz Hz. For functions of 775 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Many applications use this CPU with Surface Mount mounted. 3GHz is expected to be the top frequency of the CPU. From 1.2V, the micro processor can be used. The embedded microprocessor should not be supplied with a voltage higher than 1.3375V. 1.14V should be the lowest voltage fed to the CPU microprocessor.
