HPA00295DDAR Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. There are 8 terminations in this voltage regulator. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. The peak reflow temperature of this regulator amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V to meet the operation requirements. This DC/DC regulator belongs to the HPA00295 family. 8 pins are used for switching regulator operation. This regulator operates with the maximal switching frequency of 500kHz. The output current of the switching voltage regulators can be 6A A at top. Voltage regulator consumes 3mA A of quiescent current without being affected by external factors. The THE MINIMUM OUTPUT VOLTAGE IS 1.22V feature adds to the efficiency and stability of this switching regulator. The high-limit maximum operating temperature 125°C allows harley voltage regulator stable operation. It operates with the minimum operating temperature of -40°C to ensure harley voltage regulator's reliability. DC DC switching regulator's input voltage with the maximal value of 23V can be permitted on the basis of a unique technique. The dc to dc voltage regulator's input voltage (Min) of 5.5V is provided.
