IHD260 Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 36-DIP Module, 24 Leads package.A packaging method of Box is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Through Hole.When the supply voltage is 14V~16V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~85°C TA is allowed for this device.Gate drivers of this type are included in the SCALE™-1 series.
