It is recommended that the CPU microprocessor is not operated in an environment with a temperature of more than 70°C. From 3.3V on, the CPU microprocessor will function. In general, RAM (Random-Access Memory) is designed with a 256kB of 0MB. A CPU is equipped with a 128MB sized memory.
