L6747CTR Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 5V~12V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range 0°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number L6747.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 3.5A.A high-side voltage can be set up to 41V (Bootstrap).This device supports a current output of 1.5A at the output.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 2.25W, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.To ensure high stability, the supply current should be kept at 3.5mA.During operation, a voltage of 3.5mA is applied to the power supply.
