LH5116NA-10F Overview
As far as memory types are concerned, Volatile is considered to be its memory type. In addition, memory ics is available in a Tube case as well. In the case of 24-SOIC (0.339, 8.60mm Width), it is embedded within the case. A memory chip with a capacity of 16Kb 2K x 8 is used on this device. There is a mainstream memory format used by this device, which is called SRAM-format memory. This device has an extended operating temperature range of 0°C~70°C TA, so it's perfect for a wide range of demanding applications. It is capable of handling a voltage supply of 4.5V~5.5V. As far as the mounting type is concerned, Surface Mount is recommended. The memory device has an 24-pin package, which encloses it in a small package. According to the datasheet, this memory chip operates at an operating voltage of 5V. In this chip, the Surface Mount mounting method is used, a straightforward, high-efficiency mounting method. In terms of its nominal supply current, this memory component has a rating of 40mA. The memory chip has 1 ports for granting read/write access to one memory address. Temperatures below 0°C should not be used with this memory ics. It is recommended that operation of the part be restricted to temperatures not exceeding 70°C, otherwise damage to the part may occur as a result of overheating. It is recommended that this part be supplied with at least 4.5V volts. The operating voltage shall not exceed 5.5V. A ic memory chip like this one processes data at a frequency of 100GHz bits per second.
