LM335DT Overview
In order to protect the sensors, they are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR). To protect analog sensors from damage, they are put into 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages. It is necessary to have 8 pins for this sensor to function properly. This electronic part contains 8 terminations. If the analog sensors are operating, their current could be 1mA. DC circuits should not exceed 40V for the maximum voltage supplied by this sensor. The minimum DC voltage supplied by this magnetic switch is 5V. It is possible for analog sensors to supply 3.04V voltage when they are operating. It is generally recommended that the current output of the sensor be 450μA for optimal performance.
