A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width), 12 Leads, Exposed Pad package.1 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 3.5V ~ 135V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C ~ 125°C (TJ) is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.A high-side voltage can be set up to 14 V (Bootstrap).The basis of this system consists of 1 Output outputs.Gate drivers of this type are included in the - series.
