MC8640DVU1250HC Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 1023-BCBGA, FCCBGA. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Bulk. In the CPU, there are 2 Core 32-Bit cores and 2 Core 32-Bit bus width. It is important to understand the operating temperature around 0°C~105°C TA. MPC86xx is its series number. Core-wise, this CPU has a PowerPC e600 processor. It has DDR, DDR2 RAM controllers. A DUART, HSSI, I2C, RapidIO interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better.
