The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 473-LFBGA. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). In the CPU, there are 1 Core 32-Bit cores and 1 Core 32-Bit bus width. It is important to understand the operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. i.MX31 is its series number. Core-wise, this CPU has a ARM1136JF-S processor. It has DDR RAM controllers. A 1-Wire, AC97, ATA, FIR, I2C, I2S, MMC/SD/SDIO, MSHC, PCMCIA, SDHC, SIM, SPI, SSI, UART interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better.
