The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 529-FBGA, making it easy to ship internationally. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Tray. There are 1 Core 32-Bit cores/bus width on the CPU. Understand the operating temperature around -40°C~125°C TJ. The i.MX53 series contains it. A ARM® Cortex®-A8 processor powers this CPU. LPDDR2, DDR2, DDR3 RAM controllers are used by this CPU. This microprocessor has 1-Wire, AC'97, CAN, I2C, I2S, MMC/SD, SAI, SPI, SSI, UART interfaces to serve you better. I/O is run at 1.3V 1.8V 2.775V 3.3V on this CPU.
