The package is conveniently packaged the power management in LGA-27 .For easy adaptability, Surface Mount provides a universal mounting method.The power management is intended for use at Buck Converters as well as other applications.It is recommended that the operating temperature of the power management ic be set to -40°C ~ 125°C (TJ) in order to prevent malfunction.3V ~ 3.6V voltage is used for the operation of this power management.The manage ics belongs to Intelli-Phase™ series.A 20 A output should be seen from the ic power supply at this time.
