A convenient packaging is provided in the form of TLGA-35 .The Surface Mount mounting method allows for easy adaptation.It targets applications such as Buck Converters and others.It is recommended that the operating temperature of the power management ic be set to -40°C ~ 125°C (TJ) to prevent malfunctions.The power management operates at a voltage of 3V ~ 3.6V volts.It comes from Intelli-Phase™ .The ic power supply should be displaying 60 A as its current output.
