To ensure reliable performance, the temperature of NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~150°C. The maximum operating temperature of 150°C allows for reliable operation of NTC thermistors. For reliability, NTC thermistors can operate at a minimum temperature of -40°C. The maximum power set by the NTC thermistors is 500mW. NTC thermistors can operate at a maximum power dissipation of 500mW.
