P1013NSE2EFB Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 689-BBGA Exposed Pad. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Tray. In the CPU, there are 1 Core 32-Bit cores and 1 Core 32-Bit bus width. It is important to understand the operating temperature around 0°C~105°C TA. QorIQ P1 is its series number. Core-wise, this CPU has a PowerPC e500v2 processor. It has DDR2, DDR3 RAM controllers. A DUART, I2C, I2S, MMC/SD, SPI interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better. There is a 689-TEPBGA II (31x31) package offered by suppliers.
