The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 1295-BBGA, FCBGA. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Bulk. In the CPU, there are 1 Core 64-Bit cores and 1 Core 64-Bit bus width. It is important to understand the operating temperature around -40°C~105°C TA. QorIQ P5 is its series number. Core-wise, this CPU has a PowerPC e5500 processor. It has DDR3, DDR3L RAM controllers. A DUART, I2C, MMC/SD, SPI interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better.
