PDU-V105Q Overview


It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Bulk to prevent damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages. The maximum voltage that the photodiodes can tolerate in reverse-biased mode is 75V over a continuous period of time. A continuous voltage of 75V should not be applied to the photodiodes in reverse-bias mode. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces a 2pA current.
