PDU-V109Q Overview


To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-233AA, TO-8-3 Lens Top Metal Can packages. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 75V. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 75V. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 66pA current.
