250MHz Clock Generators - Series Die Surface Mount 2.97V~3.63V Tray
PL685-28DC Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the Die package. As the Clock PLL's input, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. It provides a maximum frequency of 250MHz. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. Clock generator ic works with 2.97V~3.63V. By calculating the test statistics, 0°C~70°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. LVPECL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. A frequency generator with 0°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. At a temperature of 70°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance. - series electronic parts are included in this product.
