PR103J50 Overview
For convenience, it is included in the Bead, Epoxy package. The resistance tolerance for NTC thermistors is ±0.05°C to make it work. To ensure reliable performance, the temperature of NTC thermistors should be set to -55°C ~ 80°C. The maximum operating temperature of 55 °C allows for reliable operation of NTC thermistors. For reliability, NTC thermistors can operate at a minimum temperature of -25 °C. The maximum power set by the NTC thermistors is 30 mW.
