The PTC thermistors are put into 0805 (2012 Metric) packages to protect the devices from damage. These PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety protection. The PTC thermistor has 2 terminations. There are 2 pins in this thermistor. Nominally, this thermistor can supply 32V voltage when it works. The current for which the PTC thermistors have been designed is 100μA.
