RT7247AHGSP Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. There is a switching frequency of 340kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Input voltage 4.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.8V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 2A. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 18V. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at 15V volts. The switching regulator operation is carried out by 8 pins.
