SE2547A-R Overview
On the basis of the frequency 2.4GHz~2.5GHz 4.9GHz~5.875GHz, RF modulator operates.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 32-TFLGA Exposed Pad package.The Digi-Reel® package houses this RF modulator.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.This RF module has 32 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at 0°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the RF modulator's supply current in the 250mA range.
