SFD25H Overview


RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 4.8GHz.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 6-SMD, Flat Leads package.The package of this RF modulator is Bulk.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.It must be below 100°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -54°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
