On the basis of the frequency 700MHz~2.7GHz, RF modulator operates.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 4-UFBGA, WLCSP package.The Tape & Reel (TR) package houses this RF modulator.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at -30°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.
