It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this RF Switch.RF Switchs should be operated at -45°C~85°C temperature while operating.To operate the high power RF switch, 6 pins are required.802.15.1/Bluetooth, Cellular, PCS, WLAN, WLL RF switch ic type.There is 1.8V~3.6V voltage limit on the RF Switch.
