In this RF modulator, the frequency is 0Hz~26GHz.Due to the enhanced 24-TFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent .Tray package is used for this RF modulator.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated in the range of 130mA.
