XC9501B093AR-G Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. 2 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 2V~10V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C dc switcher. There is a switch at 300kHz that can be used with this controller. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. Enable is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. Thare are switch converters of the XC9501 series.
