XCF08PFS48C Overview
This package is based on a neat 48-TFBGA, CSPBGA package which is used by it.Packaging for the external use of Tray.In the state of -40°C~85°C, licensed to work.Using the In System Programmable axis, it can be programmed to do whatever you want.FPGA is powered by a voltage which is 1.65V~2V volts, and this voltage is the voltage from which the generator is powered.I have mounted this memory device in Surface Mount.Currently, data storage can only store data up to 8Mb bytes.Try searching "XCF08PFS48C" for more parts.There is a voltage requirement of 1.8V for supplying it with power.FPGA is possible to connect different functions on the 48 axis at different terminations.In order to use this memory device, a maximum voltage of 2V should be used.If the device needs to be supplied with power, then a minimum voltage of 1.65V is required.FPGA is a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip that we are talking about here.In this case, it has 48 pins.With the help of SERIAL-processing, data is sent through this memory.In order for a memory chip to function properly, it must be subjected to a voltage of not more than 0.04mA.There is a set of 48 pins that are included with the part.I would like to mention that this is a memory IC that will be able to work at a 33MHz frequency, so I will mention that.The 1.8V company recommends that users apply 1.8V to a part before using it so the part will be able to run safely and reliably in a circuit.In other words, it is suitable for applications using the Surface Mount operating system.
